What's a Pull & Hold?

Pull & Holds are a service we supply for our customers so that they don't have to worry about books that they love selling out before they can make it in to the store. You can either fill out a form in the store that you shop with or you can e-mail the store manager and let him know what you're interested in having pulled for you.
If you're going to be out of town for a while and don't want to miss any of your favorite titles then this service is for you. If you want to make sure we order a book that might otherwise get missed adding it to your pull and hold is the best way to make sure that we know you want a title. If you come in every Wednesday our Pull & Hold service may not be necessary for you but we do offer the service to all of our customers.
Include your Full Name, Phone Number, and the titles and quantities you would like pulled.

What does it cost?
Our Pull & Hold service is FREE!

What are the rules?
You need to make sure that you clean your Pull & Hold out frequently and that should anything keep you from being able to make it in to the store for more than 60 days that you inform the manager so that he doesn't unknowingly cancel your hold.
Should your Pull & Hold file become delinquent we may require a down-payment to be made to continue your account.
Changes to Pull & Hold files can take up to 7 business days, so if you know you are going to want something make sure you give your store plenty of advance notice about any change you may want to make to your hold. Any request you have that might be out of the ordinary should be raised with the manager of the store when solicited in Previews, if at all possible. If you're interested in smaller press books please feel free to peruse the in-store copy of Previews at any time.

Pull & Hold requests should be e-mailed to the following:

Saint Charles: FantasyShopSTC@Gmail.com

Florissant: FantasyShopFLO@Gmail.com

South County: FantasyShopSoCo@Gmail.com

*By E-mailing your request to a store manager you imply that you have read the preceding and agree to all rules.
