It seems like even moreso than when powerhouse team Millar/Hitch was on the title that Marvel is really doing a whole lot promotion and pimping of Comics First Family lately ... Maybe it's because Hickman/Eaglesham have been doing such an amazing job on the title since taking it over ... Maybe it's because Comics Greatest Magazine is finally tied back into the Marvel Universe in a more tangible fashion ... Maybe it's because The guys over on The ComicDorksCast have been talking so positively about it ever since Hickman started writing Fantastic Four: Dark Reign ... Who knows? You know what would make the Fantastic Four fantastic again in my eyes? Kill one of them. I'm serious. And when I say "kill", I don't mean "wound", "in a coma", or "missing, presumed dead." I mean head-blown-off. Johnny Storm gets cleft in twain. Something like that. And I'm not saying it has to stick forever, but I would REALLY REALLY like to see one of those four bite it.
